Meet the Staff
Dr. Keith Brennan
Dedicated to Healing, Passionate About Wellness
Dr. Keith Brennan grew up in Sterling Heights, where he attended Stevenson High School and the advanced program in Mathematics, Science, and Technology. He went on to earn a B.S. in Human Biology at Michigan State University. Dr. Keith grew up wanting to become a doctor and went to MSU planning on becoming a surgeon. As a junior at MSU, Dr. Keith began to experience neck and shoulder pain from long hours of studying and was introduced to Dr. Tim at Malter Chiropractic Center.
He fell in love with the idea of becoming a Doctor of Chiropractic, and being able to help the body heal itself while also teaching people to live a healthier life. From there, he moved to South Carolina to attend Sherman College, where he received his Doctorate degree in Chiropractic and graduated at the top of his class. Today, Dr. Keith is focussed on teaching his patients about the benefits of Waves Regenerative Shockwave Therapy.

Dr. David Warman is a pioneering leader in non-invasive pain management and regenerative therapies. As the founder of Waves Regenerative Shockwave Therapy, he has dedicated his career to helping individuals overcome musculoskeletal pain and injuries using cutting-edge, drug-free treatments.
With a deep passion for healthcare and innovation, Dr. Warman saw the limitations of traditional pain management methods and sought a better solution. He discovered the transformative power of shockwave therapy—an advanced treatment that stimulates the body's natural healing processes without the need for surgery or medication. This inspired him to establish Waves Regenerative, a practice dedicated to providing safe, effective, and science-backed treatments for pain relief and tissue repair.
